1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how WV03 Blueprint Lab handles information when you create an account, use creative tools, communicate with WV03, or use paid features.

2. Information We Process

Account and authentication data: information needed to sign in and operate your account, such as authentication email, username, member identifier, role, verification status, and sign-in provider.

Membership and billing state: plan, subscription status, renewal/cancellation state, Studio Runs balances, purchases, transaction references, and related entitlement records.

Creative content: titles, lyrics, prompts, style directions, blueprint inputs and outputs, ratings, BPM/key/genre information, and other creative material you choose to submit or save.

Product and quality telemetry: technical and product-performance data such as action type, model/version, usage, processing status, failure reason, ratings, regenerations, and Studio Runs used.

Support communications: messages you send through WV03 support or 1-on-1 messaging.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate accounts, provide creative services, secure the Lab, maintain Studio Runs and transaction records, respond to support requests, improve reliability and product quality, investigate failures, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Creative Quality Data and Privacy Boundary

WV03 may preserve creative/product-performance signals needed for quality control, such as prompts, outputs, titles, music-production context, ratings, and system telemetry. Account identity and unrelated personal information are not intended to be used as creative learning signals. WV03 aims to keep account/identity information separated from creative quality analysis wherever practical.

5. Service Providers

WV03 uses service providers to operate the Lab. These may include Supabase for authentication and data services, Cloudflare for hosting and server infrastructure, and OpenAI for AI-assisted processing. When paid checkout is enabled, Stripe may process payment and billing information. These providers process information under their own agreements and privacy practices.

6. Payment Information

When paid checkout is enabled, payment-card data is entered into Stripe’s payment interface and is processed by Stripe. WV03 is designed not to receive or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.

7. Sharing and Sale of Data

WV03 does not sell personal information to advertisers. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate the Lab, comply with law, protect security, prevent fraud, or complete a transaction you request.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the account and Lab, maintain transaction/audit records, resolve disputes, protect security, meet legal obligations, and preserve creative projects or history you choose to keep. Retention periods can vary by data type.

9. Security

WV03 uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and server-side handling of sensitive operations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices

You may update certain account information through the Lab and may contact WV03 about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests. Some records may need to be retained for security, transaction integrity, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

11. Children

WV03 is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information for a child where parental or guardian authorization is legally required.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Lab, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when revisions are made.
