1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of WV03 Blueprint Lab (“WV03,” “the Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, using the Lab, or purchasing a paid plan or Studio Runs, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

2. What WV03 Provides

WV03 is a creative blueprint and music-direction service that helps creators develop ideas, prompts, production direction, lyrics, titles, hooks, musical concepts, and related creative materials. WV03 is not a music distributor, record label service, legal service, or guarantee of commercial success.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity performed through your account. Provide accurate account information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. We may use account verification and security controls to protect the Lab and its members.

4. Creative Inputs and AI-Assisted Outputs

You remain responsible for the ideas, text, files, references, and other content you submit. You should only submit material you are authorized to use. WV03 may use third-party AI and infrastructure providers to process requests and return creative outputs.

AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to material generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, clearing, and deciding whether to use any output, including checking rights, releases, licenses, and platform rules that may apply to your project.

5. Studio Runs

Studio Runs are WV03’s internal usage units for eligible billable creative actions. Costs are shown by the Lab and are charged through WV03’s server-side transaction system. A successful billable action can reserve and then capture the applicable Studio Runs. When an eligible action fails before delivery, WV03 may release or restore the reserved Studio Runs according to the system rules.

6. Plans, Add-Ons, and Billing

Paid subscriptions and one-time Studio Runs packs are governed by the Subscription & Billing Terms and the Sales & Refund Policy. Prices, included features, Studio Runs amounts, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Paid access or Studio Runs are granted only after a payment is confirmed as successful.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not use WV03 to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malware, abuse payment systems, impersonate others, or use the Lab in a way that creates unreasonable security or operational risk.

8. Intellectual Property

WV03 retains rights in the Lab’s software, branding, interface, original system design, documentation, and other proprietary materials. Your rights in your own submitted content remain yours subject to the permissions needed to operate the service. Rights in AI-assisted output can depend on applicable law, provider terms, and the source material involved.

9. Third-Party Services

WV03 relies on service providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, data storage, AI processing, and payment processing. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.

10. Availability and Changes

We work to keep WV03 available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be improved, replaced, limited, suspended, or retired when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access for fraud, abuse, security threats, material violation of these Terms, chargeback abuse, or unlawful activity. You may stop using a Free account at any time and may cancel a paid subscription under the Subscription & Billing Terms.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WV03 is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that creative output will achieve a particular artistic, commercial, legal, or platform result. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WV03 is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Lab. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Lab evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice in the Lab.
